The glamorous tournament is expected to start on January , 2015. There are total 8 teams who will participate in the event and all of them are ready to fight for the title in this 6th edition of CCL. The management of the event is looking forward to the busy schedule of busy stars to make their availability confirmed.
Total two matches will be played a day, 1st match is schedule to play at 02:30 local time and other to be played at 07:00 Local Time. Every team will play 3 total matches before semi final and have to win at least to win 2 matches to get the place for semi final.

CCL Wiki
Last time the celebrity cricket league started on 10th
January, 2015 in which total 8 teams took part. Telugu Warriors won the
event after beating Chennai Rhinos in the final match played at Rajiv
Gandhi Stadium Hyderabad. There were total 5 teams at the pioneer stage
of this idea, but with passage of time, the limit of teams has been
reached to 9.
Punjab de Sher joins CCL
Punjab de Sher is the new comer in the
Celebrity Cricket League and this team will start taking part from CCL 2016. There was an exhibition match unofficially played between Mumbai
Heroes and Punjab de Sher. This is the reason that Celebrity Cricket
League will be more glamorous and long tale in 2016 starting from the
start of next year.
Kerala Strikers won the title for two
times, while Chennai Rhinos also registered their couple of victories so
far. As far as the exact dates of CCL 6 are concerned, then it’s
confirmed that Celebrity Cricket League 6 will be started from the start
of next month.
CCL 2015 Format
The big tournament is divided into different sections to make more glamorous and easier, there are total 8 teams and these teams are divided into two groups, “Pool A” and “Pool B” (click to know teams in groups)Total two matches will be played a day, 1st match is schedule to play at 02:30 local time and other to be played at 07:00 Local Time. Every team will play 3 total matches before semi final and have to win at least to win 2 matches to get the place for semi final.
